The county tax assessor said he had a hard time believing it was the same house he had looked at during the previous year. He went on and on about how beautiful it turned out to be! Our client said that, “In the two months since Carlos finished up, dozens have stopped to say how pretty it looks.”

We have to agree. This adorable bungalow home had an incredible amount of charm to begin with. All it took was a little refresh, and a subtle color change to make a huge statement. We love the brick fireplace, the quaint front porch, and the beautiful trim work that were all original to the home. It’s truly amazing what a big impact paint can make on a home. The subtle change in color makes the original features stand out, and gives this home the curb appeal it was always meant to have!

Another client recently wrote in saying, “We contracted with Georgia Coatings, Inc. Lawrenceville, GA to have our 25-year-old home repainted with the Rhino Shield product. Carlos was in charge of getting our house prepared for painting and then painted. The job was fairly complex given the detailed trim work required around the brick, stucco, wood, concrete, and stone surfaces. They even refinished a large wrap-around porch and exterior deck that was no really considered in the original scope. The unusually wet weather also added to the complexity of the job, not to mention the shrubbery and landscaping and blueberry bushes that they had to take care not to damage.

Carlos was masterful in not only orchestrating the work flow to get the job done on time in unpredictable rainy weather all week, but he identified and replaced all rotting facia boards and dormer trim with the skill of a master carpenter, including hidden rot behind the gutters. He also resurfaced and finished a mahogany front door with side and overhead cut-out glass windows that we thought might not be replaceable. Incredible!

We could not be more pleased with the finished product and the incredible work ethic that we found in Carlos’s team. From sun up to sun down, they worked around mother nature who threw more than enough curve balls at them all week. Over the years we have used various contractors for painting and repair work on our house. We have been generally pleased with those other contractors. Now we have a new standard by which to measure quality. Carlos and crew were the best, by far! He will be our go-to resource from now on for our home repair and improvement needs!”
