Read More we did have small issues, we were never dismissed nor ignored and Georgia Coatings always went out of their way to work toward a resolution. To close our project they sent someone out 7 months after our final payment to make some minor repairs. We also feel that our initial workmanship complaints (see post below) have been addressed for others long-term. We would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Previous comments: The office has been great. Our issue is that the work crew did not seem to have the pride in doing a quality job - doing a job as if it was their home. There is several open issues (nothing outrageous) that we are finding. We were told and assured that our house would be sealed from outside elements. We have a leak at our bay window (I’m not saying the leak is rhino sheilds fault) we were counting on Rhino sheild to SEAL any questionable flaws in the stucco finish. I went out to check it out and looking around the window frames at the bay window and there are several places that should have been seen at the second step of the process preparing the house to be painted. From what I’ve seen of the product it looks good and feels good on the house. I guess my point is (directed to the supervisors on site is to do a complete job. We spent a-lot more money to get the rhino shield produce because our house is 24 years old and we were counting on the house being sealed to help protect our investment. I know y’all are not a fly-by-night outfit. It seems like for the price paid the guys could have invested another hour or even two and a couple more tubes of caulking.

The staff in the office and the crew that came to our house were always professional, pleasant to work with, and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up around the house and you never would have guessed they were there. Best investment we ever made!

With a quote for a large house accepted for Hardie siding and Rhino Shield painting, we delayed start for several weeks. On the promised date Rhino Shield washed the exterior... Read More and within a week the siding team removed all existing siding and replaced with Hardie Plank with great precision. Next the Rhino Shield team sprayed under coat and then top coat after applying blue masking tape to the whole house. The complete job was done in two weeks and looked perfect. I addition the Rhino team partially replaced and painted the house deck and windows at our request. We were very pleased with the end result and a total clean up was done. We concluded the combination of Hardie Plank and Rhino Shield was a very satisfying process and products by an excellent team.
