Commercial projects vastly differ from residential. Residential projects include houses, townhomes, condominiums, and other living spaces while commercial projects usually deal with larger spaces and can range from retail shops and shopping malls to industrial buildings and airports.
Because of the size of commercial buildings, crews tend to be made up of more people. Materials and equipment also differ from that of residential projects. More complex equipment may be required for commercial projects like pressure washers, sandblasters, paint sprayers, scaffolding, or aerial lifts.
