Jeff & Roxanne Ecklund
Jeff & Roxanne have been with Rhino Shield since its introduction in Georgia in 2002 and have owned the dealership since 2006. Jeff grew up in Georgia and Roxanne in Wisconsin. Together they bring that Southern hospitality and Midwestern work ethic to what has become one of the top Rhino Shield Dealers in the country.

Mike has been a vital part to our company for many years. He is so full of knowledge when it comes to different products. He has 3 awesome kids and 1 is our godchild. We have known him for 25 years!!!!!

We have known her since she has been 3. When she needed us, we needed her. She has been here for almost 9+ years. She has been a great asset to the company. She has 2 children, and her husband works with a glass installation company.

Mike has been in the sales industry for many years with some unique industries. He lived in FL for many years prior to moving to GA right before he started with us about 3 years ago.

He loves his UGA Dawgs, and is other love is his daughter. He has been with us for 12+ years now. He is such a fun guy. Loves the outdoors and cheering on the Dawgs.
Shaun T.
Project Manager
Our project manager may look like a wrestler, but he is a big teddy bear! He started as a worker on a crew and worked his way to Project Manager. He has 3 children and a grandchild on the way. We couldn’t be happier for him. If you see him don’t run.
Jhovanny
Jhovanny has been with Rhino Shield for over 10+ years! he started with another crew leader and then went on his own after he learned all he needed. He has 3 beautiful children and an awesome wife. He is also a pastor in his spare time.
Abed
Abed is one of our longest crews to be with the Rhino Shield family. He has 3 grown children and an awesome back yard filled with plants, that his wife Rosie likes to collect while she is working on the jobsites. She is a doll.
Antonio
Antonio also worked with another crew to learn the business. He works alongside his dad who is a master at spraying and wood repairs. They have been a team for about 7 years now. He has 1 child and hopes to buy his own house soon.
Carlos
Carlos has been with us for 20+ years. He is a true master in the repair department. He does repairs that amaze us when he is done. He is training his son in this industry. And his daughter loves dance. His wife used to work with him prior to becoming pregnant many years ago. Occasionally the family will come to work with him during the summer.
Russ and Erika
Russ and Erika are a husband wife team who have worked with us for several years. They have a blended family with 2 grandchildren and twins on the way. You occasionally may see Alex working with them when he has a day off.
